Το Oshu παρέχει φρέσκο, γευστικό και υψηλής ποιότητας ιαπωνικό φαγητό. Στόχος μας είναι να εισαγάγουμε την εξαιρετική ιαπωνική εμπειρία σε διάφορους τομείς και να γίνουμε ένα από τα πιο επιτυχημένα ιαπωνικά εστιατόρια franchise στην Ελλάδα.
Η ιαπωνική κουζίνα έχει γίνει μια παγκόσμια τάση, γνωστή για τη χρήση μεγάλης ποικιλίας εποχιακών συστατικών, υγιεινή, θρεπτική και καλά ισορροπημένη διατροφή και για περίπλοκες μαγειρικές μεθόδους δημιουργώντας έναν συνδυασμό φαγητού, τέχνης, φύσης και ανθρώπων.
Για το λόγο αυτό, ετοιμάζουμε την πρώτη Ιαπωνική Ακαδημία Μαγειρικής στην Ελλάδα παρέχοντας εκπαίδευση και μαθήματα μαγειρικής.
Η αποστολή μας είναι να γνωρίσουμε την αυθεντική ιαπωνική κουζίνα σε ανθρώπους σε όλο τον κόσμο, αποκτώντας εκπαίδευση υψηλού επιπέδου για την ιαπωνική διατροφική κουλτούρα στο σύνολό της. Θα προσφέρουμε μαθήματα για όλους όσους θέλουν να μάθουν την αυθεντική ιαπωνική κουζίνα, τόσο για επαγγελματικούς σκοπούς όσο και για προσωπική ολοκλήρωση, από το επίπεδο του αρχάριου για να βελτιώσουν τις δεξιότητές τους μέχρι το άνοιγμα των δικών τους εστιατορίων.

Oshu is providing fresh, delicious and high premium japanese food. Our aim is to introduce the fine dining japanese experience in different areas and become one of the most successful japanese franchise restaurants in Greece.
Japanese cuisine has become a global trend, known for the use of a wide variety of seasonal ingredients, healthy, nutritious and well balanced diet, and for intricate culinary methods by creating a mixture of food, art, nature and people.
For that reason, we are about to launch the first Japanese Culinary Academy in Greece by providing culinary trainings and lessons.
Our mission is to introduce the authentic japanese cuisine to people all over the world by getting a high-level education on Japanese food culture as a whole. We will offer courses for all who want to learn authentic Japanese cuisine, both for professional purposes and personal fulfillment, from the level of beginner to brush up their skills, to opening their own restaurants.
